Independent financial advisory.

Clear financial decisions, debt restructuring and planning, with the expertise of an EFPA-certified Financial Advisor and an approach aligned with MiFID II.

Credit and debt are two sides of the same planning. I support individuals, families and businesses in analysing their overall financial situation, reorganising their exposures and defining choices consistent with objectives, time horizon and ability to sustain commitments.

The approach is independent and transparent: first the situation is understood, then solutions are assessed, applying the suitability criteria and safeguards of MiFID II and paying attention to ESG sustainability principles.

Who it is for

Individuals and families with several loans to reorganise; entrepreneurs who want to separate and order personal and business finances; people in a situation of over-indebtedness who want to know the solutions provided by the Italian Insolvency Code; anyone wanting an independent opinion before an important financial decision.

What it includes

  • Snapshot of the financial situation: income, expenses, assets, exposures
  • Analysis of current loans (mortgages, personal loans, salary-backed loans, revolving cards) and their costs
  • Debt reorganisation and consolidation, with a check on the sustainability of instalments
  • Guidance on over-indebtedness procedures, in cooperation with the competent bodies (OCC) and qualified professionals
  • Medium-term financial planning and definition of priorities
  • Advice on sustainable finance (ESG Advisor certification)
  • Support in dealing with banks and intermediaries

How we work

  1. Listening — objectives, constraints and current situation, in a confidential conversation.
  2. Analysis — I reconstruct the full picture and identify critical points and room for manoeuvre.
  3. Plan — written proposal with priorities, scenarios and concrete steps.
  4. Support — I accompany you in execution and periodic reviews.

Useful documents

For the first analysis, whatever you have available is enough. Typically useful:

  • Contracts and amortisation schedules of current loans
  • Account statements and latest communications from intermediaries
  • Payslips, tax returns or financial statements
  • List of recurring expenses and commitments undertaken
Transparency. The advisory is paid exclusively by the client and involves no commissions from banks or intermediaries: recommendations answer only to your interest.

Is this investment advice?

The activity focuses on financial planning, debt and credit management and guidance in decision-making. For specific investment services I refer you to authorised providers, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
