In most cases a debt is recovered without going to court: a professional reminder, a well-drafted formal notice and a negotiation conducted with method lead to payment or a repayment plan within a reasonable time and at contained cost.

When negotiation is not enough, I coordinate partner lawyers for the Italian payment order (decreto ingiuntivo), the writ of execution and enforcement. You always have a single point of contact: me.
