A certified financial advisor based in Bern, I handle credit management and debt recovery for individuals and businesses in Italy, Europe, Canada and the United States. My work rests on a simple conviction: a debt is recovered with method, expertise and transparency — not with pressure or promises.

The method

Five phases, one clear path

No surprises: you always know where we stand, what we are doing and why.

First contact

You tell me about the situation. A confidential conversation, in person or remotely, with no obligation.

Analysis

I review documents, amounts, deadlines and the counterparty's solvency. I check limitation periods and titles.

Strategy

I propose the most effective route — reminder, formal notice, agreement or legal action — with clear costs and timelines.

Action

I personally handle negotiation and correspondence; I coordinate partner lawyers if the courts are needed.

Closure

Payment collected, agreement signed or repayment plan monitored to the last instalment. Final report.

Frequently asked questions

The answers you are looking for

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first conversation serves to understand the situation and assess whether and how I can help. Only after the analysis do you receive a proposal with clear costs and timelines, and you decide freely.

How long does it take to recover a debt?

It depends on the amount, the documentation and the debtor's solvency. Many positions are closed out of court within a few weeks of the formal notice; a repayment plan may run for a few months; court proceedings take longer. I give you a realistic estimate after the analysis.

Do I necessarily need a lawyer?

Not for the out-of-court phase — reminders, formal notices, negotiation, agreements. When a payment order or enforcement is required, I coordinate partner lawyers, who act under a direct mandate from the client.

My debt is old: is it still recoverable?

Often yes. In Italy the ordinary limitation period is ten years and it is interrupted by a written formal demand (registered letter or certified email). I check the applicable periods for your case before any action.

Do you work with clients outside Switzerland?

Yes. The practice is in Bern, but I work with clients in Italy, across Europe, in Canada and in the United States. Consultations take place in person or remotely by video call, with secure document exchange.
