2. Data processed

• Data provided through the contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), type of client, topic, approximate amount and the content of the message.
• Browsing data: the hosting server automatically records, for technical and security purposes, IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. This data is not associated with identified persons and is kept for a limited period.
• Case-related data: if an engagement is conferred, the documents and information required to perform it.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to contact requests and providing the information requested (pre-contractual measures; consent to be contacted).
• Performance of the professional engagement and related obligations (performance of the contract; legal obligations).
• Website security and prevention of abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Contact-request data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless an engagement is conferred. Case-related data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the periods required by law. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting provider, as processor, and — only in the event of an engagement and with the client's consent — by partner professionals (lawyers, accountants, notaries) to the extent necessary. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers

The website is hosted on servers in the European Union. Any transfers to third countries take place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR and the FADP.

You have the right to obtain access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.
